FOSSETT & SONS, Meat Market.

In supplying the public with food commodities in fresh meats, the establishment of Fossett & Sons, caters successfully to the general public. This concern slaughters only native cattle, being on the hoof and superintending every detail of preparation from the pasture to the counter scale. The choicest fresh meats are kept constantly on hand, also, smoked and sausage meats, lard, etc.  John Fossett and his sons, Elmer and Vivian, comprise the firm. Mr. Fossett, Sr., has been identified with the butcher business for over twenty years and has in that time built up an excellent reputation among the people of this section for prime meats productions and prompt service.  Elmer and Vivian, sons of the senior member, have been raised up in the business and are thoroughly conversant with every detail. Both gentlemen are popular and enterprising and their efforts combine to place before the public a thoroughly representative establishment. In knowledge and experience, in promptness of service, in the handling of superior meat productions Fossett & Sons, supply to the people of Illiopolis and the country around un-compared accommodations.
